A young family bought an apartment with a normal renovation on the secondary market. The couple planned to create the interior to their liking, so they decided to change the design before moving.
The hostess has long dreamed of a Scandinavian-style kitchen, she always really liked such examples. The combination of white with wooden elements really looks magical.
I wonder if this stylistic trend will ever go out of fashion. By the way, at the moment I like scandia cuisine more than others, I don't know if my preferences will change.
Since the kitchen area is large enough, a corner kitchen set with upper cabinets and lower cabinets in white was installed in this room, the facades of the central row of cabinets are wooden.
The apron was made of a white marbled panel. The set is striking in size and spaciousness, I don't know what the residents are going to store in it, but, in my opinion, it could be reduced and made more compact, while freeing up additional free space.
The black hob and sink fit perfectly into the overall design. The working area was illuminated with halogens, and a massive lamp was hung in the center of the ceiling. Near the entrance to the room, the upper part of the wall was left free; a small TV was hung here.
The continuation of the kitchen set was placed near the opposite wall. The result is a white column with an oven, microwave and refrigerator. We can say that this is the main "jamb" of the presented design. This design looks somehow incomprehensible - it seems to be torn off from the working area.
I prefer the options when the kitchen is intact and the refrigerator is hidden by doors. In addition, the columns blocked part of the doorway. It looks very awkward. It was this column that ruined the entire interior of a quite decent kitchen.
In the dining area, a rectangular table with a wooden top and chairs with sapphire-colored velor upholstery were placed. The walls were covered with beige wallpaper. The windows were covered with translucent white tulle and light green curtains.
Everything would be fine, but the interior design turned out to be somehow inharmonious. In a kitchen with such an area, furniture could be placed more conveniently and beautifully. Especially, the column interferes with the perception of the design, and I just want to remove it.
