Consider a warm floor as heating in a house
In the West, a similar heating system has been used for a long time. In our country, a warm water floor in the house is also not new, but it has only recently become widely used. The main advantage of a warm floor over a radiator heating system is the even distribution of heat in the room.
This affects several factors: being in the room is much more comfortable - this is the time; the result is energy savings are two, simple room temperature control is three. Remember the simplest laws of physics: warm air rises upward. Cold, respectively, goes down. If you look at the graph of heat distribution when heating with radiators, you can see that the distribution of heat over the volume of the room is more than uneven.
Hot air from the battery rises up, cools under the ceiling and descends already cooled. Result: the area near the window and the ceiling in the room is heated. This is why it is difficult to make adjustments. After all, if you increase the temperature of the battery, it is impossible to be at a short distance from it. If you reduce it, then the rest of the area will not be warm enough. Warm floors are an excellent solution to this problem.
Warm air rises evenly over the entire floor area, heating exactly the space in which comfort is needed. What happens to him under the ceiling does not interest us at all, tk. it has already fulfilled its functions. Precisely because of the uniform distribution of heat, there is no need to heat the heat carrier (water) to a high temperature. And remember how hot the radiators are in the apartment, precisely because of the point position of the heater.
But don't think that a warm water floor in your home will completely eliminate the need for radiators. Do not forget about the areas of cold air around the windows. It is clear that the right solution is to use a combined heating system. Moreover, the heating of the heat carrier in the radiator will occur to temperatures much lower than when the room is heated only with batteries.
