He interrupted the electric wire with a puncher. I had to cheat a little
People started repairs, so before gluing the wallpaper, they asked to make a horizontal line along the wall for wiring, to lay the wire running in the outer cable channel into it. He began to chisel the wall and literally half a meter later under the chisel of a perforator in the plaster suddenly flashed a vertically running old wire. It seemed that he had not even touched him, but still managed to interrupt one vein. It turned out to be zero.
The house is high, with three-meter walls and could not have imagined that the outlet below could be drawn so immediately, especially since it was connected to another. I interrupted just the wire going to this outlet, and it is important, as it powers the refrigerator.
It immediately became clear that I would not finish the work earlier. It was possible, of course, put the broken wire on the terminal, but, as evil, there was no spare at hand. More there was an idea to make a twist on the damaged core, but then I realized that in this place both the terminal and the twist would protrude as a bump, and it would not work to drown them into the wall due to the tightness of the wire.
Because of this, a little higher than the place of damage, I decided to cut the wire altogether, and pull the piece that goes to the outlet below from the wall and replace it with another one (photo 3).
So it would be possible to get rid of the tension of the wire and nothing will stick out from the wall at the intersection, since the strobe could be deepened. And so he did.
There was a copper wire in the wall. A piece of wire found for replacement was also copper. I connected them with a usual tight twist and wrapped them well with electrical tape. True, the old wire is three-core, but the third core was not used due to the lack of grounding, as it often happened and happens with wiring in Soviet-era houses.
I connected the found two-wire piece to the three-core wire and put it into an outlet. After that, I finally walled up all the wiring with starting putty and got the look like in the picture below. If necessary, later I will trim a little with a finish and that's it.
If you know how else you could solve such an unexpected problem, share your thoughts, for which I am grateful in advance.
