How to get rid of sweat and deodorant stains on clothes for a penny. I tried several ways

Going through my clothes, I found several T-shirts that had not been worn for a long time due to spots on the armpits. It can be very annoying when a beautiful thing gathers dust on the shelf due to stubborn stains. The sites were full of advice so that my eyes ran. From there I learned that so that you do not have such problems with old stains as I do, stains should be removed as quickly as possible and washed only in cold water!

So, I decided to experimentally find out what is the best and cheapest way to remove sweat and deodorant stains. Now I will tell you what methods I used and which one made me happy. A total of 6 were tested:

1. Toothpaste (moisten the cloth and rub directly into the stain and leave for 20 minutes).

2. Hydrogen peroxide (treat contamination and leave for 20 minutes).

3. Soda (mix with water until gruel forms and leave for 2 hours).

4. Vinegar (pour over problem areas and leave for 2 hours). .

5. Citric acid (dilute with water and pour over the stain, leave for 2 hours).

6. Salicylic acid (apply on dirt and leave for 20 minutes). On the Internet, they advised crushing aspirin tablets and combining them with water. I didn't have any pills, so I decided to try the liquid I already had.

Before using the products, I rubbed the stains with a dry brush to remove the top layer of dirt. This allows the substances to penetrate the tissue better. To save time, I used 2 products on each T-shirt (a different composition for each armpit).

Frankly speaking, methods # 1, # 2, # 6 did not change the state of the tissue at all. And # 4 didn't help much.

No. 3 and No. 5 I really liked.

I mixed the ingredients according to the recipe and left the mixture on the stain for 2 hours. From time to time I added water to the baking soda to keep everything from drying out.

After two hours, she rubbed the stain, first without powder, and then with powder. The effect is perfect. Not a trace remained of the white spot.

· I used citric acid on a white T-shirt. She also kept it for 2 hours, as it dries, pouring the remaining liquid every 30 minutes. Then I washed it by hand with powder for a couple of minutes.

· Prescription required to use 1 tsp. spoon 350 ml., but I diluted a spoonful of acid in 200 ml. water. The effect was amazing. The yellow spot on the white fabric is gone.

· I was amazed at the effect and tried it on a second black T-shirt. But on dark, it didn't work very well.

So, I found that soda perfectly removes white stains from dark clothes, and citric acid - yellow with light ones.
