How to feed zucchini in July so that they grow well and give a lot of fruits
Zucchini is one vegetable that grows quickly. To get many fruits of this culture and enhance their growth, the plant must be watered abundantly in July and fed with organic matter or mineral complexes. If the plants lack micro and macro elements, including phosphorus and potassium, there will be a lot of barren flowers and the ovaries will rot.
Zucchini are demanding on nutrition. In early July, they begin to bloom and form fruits. During the period of growing green mass and the beginning of flowering, zucchini can be watered with herbal infusion.
Half a bucket of green mass is poured with water, left to ferment for a week. The herbal infusion is diluted in a ratio of 1 to 10, then one glass of ash is added to the bucket. 1-2 liters are brought under the bush. This top dressing is suitable for many vegetables.
Instead of herbal infusion, you can use mullein or chicken droppings. You will need to dilute half a can of rotted manure in a bucket of water. Pour a liter onto the plant.
You can also apply a nitrophosphate. It will take 2 tablespoons of fertilizer per bucket of water. Top dressing must be carried out at the root.
During the period of fruit formation, squash needs potash and phosphorus fertilizers. To do this, you need to take 30 grams of superphosphate and 1 gram of boric acid, dilute in 10 liters of water. All components must be diluted in hot water beforehand, since they dissolve for a long time in cold water.
You can make a nutritional mixture with bread crusts steeped in warm water. The proportions can be different, since this mixture cannot harm the plants. For greater effect, add 10 drops of iodine to the solution. Then pour the mixture under the root.
