We contacted about the repair of the tank, it was necessary to change all the old fittings for a new one. From past experience, when I bought the exhaust valve, I knew that there is a problem of availability of fasteners for the tank on sale. Therefore, I decided to buy fittings where there will be fasteners, I went to look, I walked around three points, there is a valve, but there are no fasteners.

This is what kind of people I think, you take spare parts for the tank, and when replacing the valves, it must be removed, which means that in 90% of cases it will be necessary to replace the screws and nuts that hold it on the bowl. Therefore, when I asked for fittings, I said that buy if there are fasteners, bought only at the fourth point, where they sell plumbing.

In such a naive way, I tried to motivate sellers to purchase a mounting kit.

An unexpected find

I came to the hostess, cut off the water, removed the tank, dismantled the old fittings, and unpacked the parquet with a new one, and what was my surprise when

there was found the ill-fated fastener.

It turns out the manufacturers thought about this problem, and the sellers simply did not know that the product I needed came right in the kit. I must say right away that the quality of separately purchased fasteners and in the kit leaves much to be desired, it is better to take brass or plastic, but what it was.
