A young married couple bought a one-room apartment. The spouse was involved in the creation of the design project and finishing work. It's good when you can save on the services of builders and a designer, the main thing is that it turns out beautifully and of high quality.
In the kitchen area, a corner suite was installed with white facades, a gray countertop and a tiled apron.
To increase the work surface, a small hob was installed, which is quite enough for a married couple. A special niche was made for the microwave oven.
Near the free wall, a small bar counter was designed from a black countertop attached to the wall.
This area was supplemented with a hinged lighting fixture. Near the opposite wall, at the end of the kitchen set, a small rectangular table and 2 chairs were placed.
Next is the living area, the plastered walls were painted with white paint, a small sofa with olive-colored upholstery was placed, halogens were hung on the ceiling. A massive chandelier was fixed in the center of the ceiling.
A chest of drawers and a large mattress were placed in the sleeping area. Blood will soon appear in its place. The wall near the headboard was painted dark gray, and 2 wall lamps were fixed here.
The combined bathroom was designed in a very unusual and interesting way. A washing machine was installed here, a black countertop on which a cool white washbasin, a large bathtub and a toilet bowl with installation were placed.
Tiles were laid on the floor to resemble a gray tree, the bathroom was highlighted with dark, almost black, tiles, for other walls, lighter material was used.
Ceramic tiles have an extraordinary design, filling the room with a gloomy and unpleasant atmosphere. Such material is more suitable for a thematic institution.
The young spouse is completely satisfied with the result of his work, although acquaintances said that the apartment was more like a cave.
It was uncomfortable for me to be in such a room. Gray has many shades, which can always be complemented with bright details. In this case, the most unfortunate shade was chosen.
