On the manufacturer's page, the description states that it is a two-layer PVC tarpaulin that is UV and fade resistant.
The tape is fixed on the rack and unwound in a checkerboard pattern between the rods in the fence. Included with the rolls are PVC inserts on the edge, but where the tape ends. This makes the tape look more solid.

This area is enough for three spans of a 2 m high welded mesh fence. the cost of 1 running meter with such a fence height is from 1000 rubles. And from a Chinese manufacturer, for this amount, you can close the entire span (333 rubles / l.m.). Not cheap, but exclusive.
