Apartment of 26 m2 with economical renovation for mother and little daughter
A studio apartment is an ideal place for a single person, a couple or, in our case, a mother with a small daughter. With the correct distribution of functional areas, a beautiful and comfortable home is obtained.
The area of this apartment is 26 sq. m. The walls in the corridor were painted with beige paint, a small cabinet for shoes was placed here, a hanger for dark brown clothes was hung on the wall. The wires above the door and the electrical panel spoil the whole view, they could have been hidden.
In the kitchen area, a small suite was installed with beige facades, a light countertop and an apron trimmed with blue tiles. The upper part of the cabinets consists of closed and open shelves, to one of which a microwave oven is attached.
Quite an interesting solution for a small headset, thus, it turned out to free up space for the working area. A light brown laminate was laid on the floor.
Opposite the headset was a refrigerator, a white rectangular table and chairs with gray pillows. The kitchen area was separated from the living room by a rack with open and closed shelves.
A beige sofa was placed in the living room, a floor lamp was placed against the opposite wall a dark brown cabinet. The window was covered with translucent white tulle and sand-colored curtains.
A roomy cabinet with mirrored doors was placed near the wall opposite the kitchen. This solution allows you to visually increase the space of the room.
Mirror and reflective surfaces are often used for interior decoration of small apartments.
The bathroom in the apartment is quite spacious. A small washing machine was installed here, next to it is a toilet. A hanging cabinet with a built-in washbasin was fixed in front of the entrance, a mirror with illumination was hung on the wall.
A large bathtub with protective fabric curtains in a blue shade was placed next to the curbstone. The walls in the bathroom were decorated with sand-colored tiles, and the area near the bathtub was decorated with material with a marine pattern.
The interior is neat. In my opinion, the design of this apartment could have been made more modern and stylish, but the hostess had a limited budget.
