What should be done?

  1. Determine the place where the ground loop will be - it should be in the area of the shield.
  2. Dig a straight trench 6 meters long, two bayonets deep (60 cm), 30 cm wide. The location of the trench is best done perpendicular to the wall of the house.
  3. Drive the pins into the ground in the trench in two meter increments, leaving 30 centimeters above the bottom of the trench. The pins can be pre-sharpened with a grinder so that they better go into the ground.
  4. Bend the tops of the pins 10–12 centimeters at a right angle. It is necessary to bend the pin by heating it with a welding machine. The direction of the corner is parallel to the trench towards the wall.
  5. Weld the steel strip (jumper) to the pins. You need to cook well - not with potholders, but put a continuous seam at least 7 centimeters long!
  6. Lead the remaining end of the strip near the wall of the house and secure.
  7. Weld a bolt to the strip, under the lug of the ground wire. Do not leave large seams in the welding area! The tip should fit snugly against the strip.
  8. Bury a trench.
  9. Lead the grounding wire into the shield, connect it to the bus. Attach a ferrule to the other end of the wire.
  10. Lead the wire outside and connect it to the ground loop (securely screw the tip to the welded nut).

The outline is ready, you can use it!
