In the Novgorod region, a small village near a large village, houses in one street, bought 2 plots, they took 2 more plots behind them outside the village line, a new house was built there, a pond 20x20, departure to the fields, due to the peculiarities of the terrain, there will never be neighbors there from 3 sides, I planted pine trees there behind the plot to improve the view into the fields and forest belts.

In total, almost a hectare, 80 meters to the mother-in-law's house (the 1st plot we purchased), to the neighbors for 100 meters behind the garden, I see strangers not every day, I can not see for weeks, you can hear a little that the village alive.

Everything is so clear, the house was built small and warm, 64 + veranda + attic, with good insulation and a hydromassage bath, and the area I don't need anything else in the house, only heat, but the perimeter of 500 meters of its territory cost money (and small :)).

Yesterday after dinner, instead of a motorcycle ride around the site, I rode for 5 minutes, in a meadow, in an apiary, along a line of birches near the house, along a stream between pairs of areas in front and behind and a pond 20x20 ...

The house is fairly moderate in size, and land is a thing... And you can mow it with a farm mower for a walk-behind tractor, 1.5 minutes per hundred square meters goes... But it's great, you don't even need to go out for a walk, I wanted to see people once every 10 days, I go towards the first section to the road or when I drive through, I don’t want to, since there are none :)
