I have not yet come across such strong blockages with sticking filters, but on occasion, I will definitely tell you what I did in such a situation.

Before removing the filter, we put a low container or a tray under the machine to drain the remaining 200-300 ml of water. As a last resort, a large rag will help. Well, turn the handle until it pops out.

So, after 5 years of washing, surprisingly, everything is very decent. The filter is almost clean! Only in some places there is a little red and white bloom, which can be easily removed with your fingers. Cleaning it with a brush took no more than 5 minutes. It remains to make sure that the chamber where the filter is inserted is not clogged with anything either. He also checked the condition of the drain pump impeller with his fingers. Everything is also normal. Everything is explained by the fact that the owner of the machine never throws anything into the wash without checking the pockets in advance.

Only the layer of deposits inside the filter chamber, although thin, was difficult to remove. Apparently, due to stagnation of water, the debris that fell out into the sediment ate well into the plastic and turned into a very hard scale, which was removed only by a hard mechanical way, and then partially. Hopefully this layer won't build up dirt any faster.

This is where the immediate cleaning ends. We screw the filter back until the marks coincide and close the hatch. All!
