When at work they constantly threaten to be fired

I faced such a situation for the first time when I worked in communication, the atmosphere in those days was awful. The fact is that in our area at that time paid, only in three organizations, in the RES, on the "piece of iron" and communications, even doctors had big salary delays. Naturally, the bosses knew about this and used it as a lever to stimulate workers.

It seemed to them that this was a cool idea, on Monday to gather the team in the office, and promise everyone that they would be fired, especially this became more frequent when a superior organization began to manage the finances of our workshop. Then the management lost the lever of deprivation of bonuses, since they simply disappeared.

I remember at the next exam in TB, they asked a question about the types of punishments, replied that there were only reprimands, followed by dismissal. To which the examiner sadly agreed, and said, then only sell flowers in the market. From which I concluded that they have the same situation.

Eventually when another job appeared, people quit en masse, and most of the team settled there, I know that part of the leadership could hardly sit in their chairs. That is, they themselves experienced the pressure of the threat of dismissal.

Therefore, if you get to the place, where only whip is practiced, look for another job, no one here will appreciate your merits, you will only make a depression in which you cannot constantly be.
