Fiery fireworks, fellow flower growers!

Do you want your favorite varieties of lilies to grow faster? Feed the plants in your garden with this dressing - it will provide the necessary nutrients. After reading the article to the end, you will learn the super recipe and the best way to use the mineral elixir.

Each of us can become a mini-breeder of lilies. And I advise you to start with the simplest way - with daughter bulbs

Long noticed. Lilies are most beautiful in the garden when they grow in bright clusters.. "Islets" of 10-15 plants look much more advantageous than three or four stems, even if they are blooming. Judge for yourself. I found a couple of photos in my personal archive (scroll the gallery to the right):

For example, a pair of white lilies. Cute, graceful.? Yes. But... So lonely?

But now, comrades, bad luck. Lily bulbs are usually sold in packs of 3. To create a colorful lily island in your garden in your country house or near your house, you will have to wait until

purchased bulbs of the variety you like will build up children and they will reach adulthood.

On a note: There are also accelerated ways of breeding lilies in your backyard. For example, by growing bulbs that form in the axils of the leaves.

In August, at the end of the flowering of lilies, it is time for feeding to gain mass of young bulbs. A powerful baby will easily survive the winter and will develop faster next year. After feeding, which I suggest you do, the path from a born bulb to a full-fledged flowering plant in a flower bed will go faster.

The best way to accelerate the ripening of bulbs is a solution of potassium monophosphate:

  • The solution acts faster than granular fertilizers. This is important: very soon the lilies will begin to fall asleep. Using liquid top dressing, the florist can be sure that it will have time to affect the children.
  • Potassium monophosphate contains 2 macronutrients necessary for the development and maturation of the underground part of the plant before winter: phosphorus and potassium. Moreover, it contains in large quantities: 50% and 33%, respectively.
  • The price of fertilizer is available to everyone - you, comrades, will not have to spend money: a 20 g bag costs 18-25 rubles (the price was taken from Yandex. Market). Quite budgetary, I think!

And more, comrades, nice bonus. Fertilizer will benefit not only growing children. Adult bulbs will respond with gratitude to the August feeding and will do their best next year.

One of the reasons why I love lilies is their variety of colors. A real palette!

Potassium monophosphate working solution it's very easy to cook:

  • Stir 10 g in a little warm water. You may have to actively stir for a minute so that all the crystals of the feeding are thoroughly dissolved.
  • Pour the resulting concentrate into 10 liters of water. And stir again.
  • Pour the prepared solution over the lilies on wet soil - after rain or watering.

Also, comrades, let me remind you. In order for lilies in the country to grow successfully, they need enough space. Be sure to plant new bulbs every 3-4 years so that no one is cramped!
