My food processor and the main advantages or why now I will only buy German appliances

It all started small. I got carried away with baking bread. On a regular basis. And in order not to waste time on long kneading the dough, I decided to buy a planetary mixer. For which I came to a specialized hardware store. Where an extremely nice manager explained in two phrases that a high-quality planetary mixer now stands like a wing from an airplane. And it will be much more profitable for me to buy a food processor from a serious manufacturer, which will include this very mixer. That's how I bought my unit from the German company Bosch, model MUM 46.

Equipment.

· Main unit with swing armable to securely lock in five different positions. Devices are attached to it using various drives. The main unit has a rotary switch with 4 speed levels. Unfortunately, the power cord with a plug in this model does not have a retracting mechanism. Therefore, after the end of work, it must be manually pushed into the housing.

· White plastic bowl for mixing or whipping products, and for kneading different types of dough

. There is an upper protective cover that prevents the contents of the bowl from splashing or scattering when the combine is actively operating at high speeds. It has a water-repellent coating, which is good news. Even if the amount of dough or, for example, proteins is very small, then this is not a problem. The beaters still capture the entire amount and mix and beat perfectly.

· Three mixer attachments: a whisk for mixing viscous dough, a whisk for whipping and a whisk for kneading yeast dough. All three attachments do their job well. Particularly pleased with the whisk - the kneader, gives me the dough as "excellent". The whole purchase was intended for this function.

· Blender with glass body. The set includes fairly long and sharp knives. Whips, grinds, even grinds the grain. And all in a matter of seconds. In addition, the engine does not heat up in the process, and this is a big plus.

· Meat grinder. Complete with top funnel and pusher. Above all praise! The engine of the combine is very powerful and the meat grinder with its super sharp knife (which, by the way, for a year of active not blunt at all) grinds even veins in meat and thick bones in fish for lobes seconds. The only drawback is that the kit comes with only one grille with a small hole diameter. The large grille must be ordered separately.

· Attachment for slicing and fine shredding vegetables. The set includes 3 discs: for slicing, shredding with very thin shavings and for shavings of two different thicknesses. Convenient thing. There is a minus - there are only two types of shavings on the shredder disc: very thin and very thick.

In addition to the specified devices, other useful things can be connected to this combine. They must be ordered separately in the online store on the official BOSCH website. They are not cheap there, but this harvester is a thing for centuries! So you can fork out.
