The preparation of the beds in the greenhouse must be carried out from early autumn in order to get a good harvest in the next season.

It is advisable to remove all vegetables from the greenhouse by the end of September, sow green manure, which should grow before the cold weather, and build up a powerful green mass. Due to the latter, crop rotation in the greenhouse is observed.

It is not necessary to leave weeds, plant residues there until spring, as this contributes to the development of various infections. It is also necessary to remove all ropes, garters, pegs, and other improvised material that was used when growing plants in the greenhouse.

After loosening the soil, you need to level the soil surface and sow green manure. Their seeds can simply be scattered over the garden bed and loosened with a rake. Or you can make small grooves where you need to sow green manure. The soil needs to be watered periodically to keep it moist for these plants to grow.

Mustard and vetch loosen and disinfect the ground well.

You need to sow green manures densely to get a good green mass, which must be embedded in the soil before flowering.

You can sow siderata in the aisles of tomatoes if you think that it is too early to harvest tomato bushes in the greenhouse. The latter must be removed later, and the green mass, for example, mustard, will continue to grow further until the cold weather.
