After all, I want to cover everything, choose the best, use all possible novelties and trends in the construction market. But at the same time, maintain a single concept in which it will be simply pleasant to live.

Choosing a classic style, we always get a cozy, comfortable space that always attracts the eye, creates a feeling of warmth and tradition in the house, gives an atmosphere of coziness and well-being.

According to an interlocutor from Titanremont, in this project, the customer paid much attention to details. Therefore, the project has many interesting and beautiful elements.

A video intercom is installed in the hallway, electric meters are recessed into the wall. A convenient built-in wardrobe with mirrored doors is provided. The use of different combinations of materials and shades on the floor and on the walls of the hallway creates zoning.

Interestingly, in this renovation, the kitchen is decorated: the working area and the dining area are separated. The dining group is located in a semicircular area, which is complemented by the design of the ceiling and floor. Glass blocks are installed in the wall.

The area of ​​the kitchen work surface is very conveniently planned. The sink is located opposite the window. The stone sink is integrated into the countertop that merges into the window sill.

There is a ventilation grill above the radiator that lets warm air into the kitchen. The built-in hob and oven are central to the composition of the kitchen.

One of the rooms is reserved for a bedroom in calm light colors. On the ceiling, a circular element above the bed area visually decorates the simple shape of the room. Redecoration of apartments often involves just such design work.

Niches are provided in the living room, the decoration in them is made of contrasting bricks, it adds volume to the room and plays beautifully against the background of plain walls. The niche is provided with LED lighting.

The central place is given to the fireplace. Multi-level lighting will create a cozy atmosphere for any purpose: from meetings with a company of friends to a pleasant date by the fireplace.

In the bathroom, marble-like tiles are used - this is a noble material. Entering the bathroom, the first thing we see is a sink with a large mirror. From it, all the other zones are located, as it were, in their niches.

On the right side of the entrance there is a wall-hung toilet with a hygienic shower, further there is a shower niche. The bathroom is located on the left, and then a technical area with a washing machine and a boiler is hidden.

The lighting in the bathroom is zonal: in the central part of the ceiling there is an LED panel and spotlights in each zone!
