To make a drink, you will need two types of berries: black currants and grapes.
Everyone has heard about the benefits of these products and there is no doubt that they will help your body.
Black currant is one of the most useful berries, as it contains pectin, carotene, potassium, calcium, iodine, zinc and vitamins A, B, C, PP. The listed trace elements have a positive effect on the whole body and especially on the circulatory system.
The composition of grapes includes a substance such as a bioflavonoid, which is capable of thinning the blood, while dissolving the already formed blood clots.
In addition, grapes contain large amounts of salicylic acid, omega 6 fatty acids and, of course, vitamin C, which strengthen the walls of blood vessels.
And so, in order to prepare a healing drink, you need to take 200 grams of currants and grapes, thoroughly rinsing them with running water. Then grind the berries in a blender. We spread the resulting mass on a sieve or cheesecloth to separate the juice from the pulp.
Pour the cake with two glasses of water and put on fire. Bring the drink to a boil, remove from heat and cool. Then we filter the broth and mix with the juice. The drink is ready to drink.
