Three little-known, but very beautiful Shrubs that grow on my Site
I have never been a fan of strictly planned garden plots, to maintain the appearance of which you need to work more than in the garden!
To my taste, a good look for your property can be achieved simply by choosing the right plants. Once, while reading scientific and botanical literature, I simply "fell in love" with three amazing, albeit not enough common shrubs, and then - they have taken root on my site and I don't need anything instead another!
Leicesteria is beautiful
A relative of honeysuckle, a native of the Himalayas, impresses with its cluster-like inflorescences, which can simultaneously contain snow-white flowers, pale pink buds and burgundy ripening berries.
The fusion of flowering and fruiting lasts from mid-summer to frost.
Leuceesteria is an unpretentious shrub that feels good in any light, on soil of any composition and acidity.
The only caveat - the place of growth should be covered from the cold wind.
The advantages of beautiful leucesteria include the fact that it is practically not affected by diseases and pests.
Tseanotus
A deciduous shrub, somewhat lilac-like, very airy and compact. The shoots are distinguished by a wine-red hue and, due to not the most lush greenery, they are perfectly visible even in summer.
I personally really like the fact that the tseanotus attracts many butterflies to the garden. It is recommended to choose a place on the site so that in the midday heat the plant is in the shade.
Tseanotus tolerates drought well, but reaches its maximum decorative effect with generous watering.
It is enough to prune once a season - in the spring, setting a more accurate shape.
Snowberry
In ornamental gardening, white and pink snowberries are widespread. The flowering of the snowberry is rather modest - for about a month the shrub is strewn with white or pinkish flowers.
The main decoration appears in the fall and stays on the plant all winter - this is a lot of large berries. They can, as you might guess from the name, white or pink.
The place on the site for the snowberry should be sunny and fertile. You can use it as a hedge. Resistance to diseases is average.
I also want to note that all these shrubs coexist wonderfully in close proximity in the garden!
