Today I will show you a homemade toy from my childhood that will amaze modern youth. I was surprised, even the girl's son looked with surprise, for them it's just some kind of magic.

For homemade products, you need a wooden coil (I barely found it), a match, an elastic band, soap and a rod from the handle. Tool: knife, file, scissors and side cutters.

I cut out the rubber band from the old chamber, then I cut out a groove with a file, in which the rubber band will be fixed with a match.

Then you need to cut the disc out of the soap, it will serve as a brake so that when cocked, it does not allow the gum to spin quickly. The elastic is already threaded through the coil and is fixed, it remains to make a hole in the soap and thread the elastic through it.

I insert the rod from the ballpoint pen into the loop and cock the mechanism, just wind the rod. In principle, this is all, the all-terrain vehicle is ready, when untwisted, the rod moves the structure forward.

As you can see turned out to be a simple mechanical toythat every student could make. All-terrain vehicle, this is, of course, a strong name, but this is childhood, we imagined that such a mechanism can even overcome the surface of Mars. Anyway, managed to surprise my son, he realized that we had an interesting childhood and without modern gadgets.
