How to move from city to country. Moving stories, what difficulties we had to face. On the pros and cons of suburban life. Today we will continue the story of Mark, who now lives in a beautiful Ukrainian village.

Hello everyone! I am Mark, a man living in a country house in a beautiful Ukrainian village. I'll tell you how I could get here.

Life in big cities tires and breaks a person. The noise of the city, rush, always high stakes, crime or tight control, a small cage lodged in a large cage - becomes yours home, the secretions of factories and cars with your air, chemically modified foods with your food, virtual entertainment with your rest.

Sometimes you need to isolate yourself from the city, live as naturally as possible and rely on your own strength, feeding on your land and your labors. Sometimes, you just need to escape from the city and see life as it is, and what it was in the cultural code of our ancestors.

Sometimes - you just want a luxurious hut far outside the city, because the city life is bored and there is not enough extreme. Or vice versa, you need to relax and live in harmony with nature, or at least away from people.

The first way, the most obvious one, is to find relatives in the village or village. Going to your grandmother / uncle / cousin to help with the housework is sacred and worthy of respect, especially if your relative is single. Country houses usually have more than 2 rooms - enough space. And the gratitude of a relative whom you helped to survive in the village is priceless. And that's at least.

My grandfather and grandmother once in the newspaper found an advertisement for the vacancy of a nurse for a venerable pensioner. My grandmother worked as a nurse for him, made friends, brought her husband, who also helped with the housework, looked after - and he rewrote his house on them, since he had no other offspring and relatives. Moreover, my family took care of him for over 30 years (he died at 83), and I consider this uncle to be an integral part of my family.

The second way is to get land from the state. The so-called "dacha". For example, according to the legislation of Ukraine, according to the right of her citizenship, I am entitled to a plot of land for farming, living or a garage. In the Russian Federation, for example, now there is an action - all Russians are given the so-called. Far Eastern hectare, hurry up to join: 3

Of course, this will require temporary investments, and you will still have to build a house (at least temporary) on the site. But you should know, just in case, that such distribution of shares is a common practice among states and you should not lose the opportunity to settle and settle in a certain piece of land.

The third way is to buy a plot. Online stores and realtors will help you - but it's much more efficient to find a locality that you like, go there - and ask the locals about selling a house / plot. Village houses, as a type of real estate, have been steadily losing value over the past 50 years - hurry up to invest, because the decline of cities and the revival of provinces is coming due to progress in the field of telecommunications.

The extreme way is squatting. Like Troy from Prostokvashino and many American hippies - you blindly come to the village and settle in an abandoned house, if not even on the whole farm in a crowd.

It sounds wild and absurd - but, for example, during the revolution, the parents of the "uncle" who entered my grandparents received a document for the ownership of the plot... By the fact of actual residence, and not by right of ownership.

It is not excluded that they squatted the abandoned house of some executed panychis, or perhaps peasants who died for one reason or another, and received it into actual ownership. Although most likely, they inherited it, although these nuances did not bother the then government then and they simply generously "settled" the people who used this site then.

You can also just make friends with a person via the Internet - and go to his village. At least on a visit - and there, maybe you will take root, and you will be useful, etc.

I hope everyone reading this will find a way if they want to - escape from the stuffy cage of the city into the open and fascinating world of the village.
