Decision: You need to change the method of stacking and lighting firewood. First, dry firewood (thicker) is stacked from below. 3-4 large logs are enough.

Stack as tightly as possible. Place thinner (medium) wood in the middle. From above it is even thinner (chips with birch bark).

The point is that you need to set fire to the top. Fire smoothly, slowly goes down to medium firewood, and then to large ones. This method stretches the combustion process. The smoke is not even visible from the chimney. This suggests that all the firewood burns out completely. One armful of wood in the stove will burn for about 3-5 hours.
