Indoor flowers, from which the head hurts
In most houses, potted flowers can be seen on the windowsills. However, before you start a green pet indoors, you should pay attention not only to its beauty, but also to its features.
Influence of indoor flowers on human well-being:
- Orchids
- Lilies
- Geranium
- Fern
- Primroses.
Orchid
Once on March 8th I was given an orchid. I immediately put the flower pot in my bedroom, providing an opportunity to admire the pale pink creation to my heart's content. But, waking up in the morning the very next day, I felt incomprehensible symptoms.
It was as if a heaviness formed in my head, and irritability that appeared from nowhere made me uneasy. Insomnia started a little later.
It turned out that the plant donated was the cause of the unpleasant changes. Orchids can also cause dizziness, migraines and depression.
Scientists have found that a tropical flower, together with its scent, releases substances that negatively affect human health. The orchid is most active at night.
Lily
A plant of the lily family can be the cause of a severe headache.
In the stems and leaves of flowers there are specific components that, when excreted, make people feel unwell, even fainting.
In the dark, the lily absorbs oxygen, giving carbon dioxide in return. Deficiency of the air element leads to oxygen starvation of the human brain.
Geranium
Geranium is a popular plant among florists. Many homes are decorated with bright flowers of all colors. Nevertheless, according to experts, the plant is considered a strong allergen.
Do not breed it in large quantities. During flowering, geraniums tend to release toxic substances that can cause swelling of the mucous membrane. The resulting cough and suffocation provoke a headache.
Fern
Thick fern bushes are also not placed in the bedroom. At night, the flower consumes a lot of oxygen, giving off carbon dioxide.
Due to the lack of oxygen air, people in the room experience spasms in the temples and in the back of the head, dizziness.
Primrose
The multi-colored inflorescences of an indoor flower attract hundreds of views. But before you decorate your windowsill with such a plant, you should think twice.
Velvety leaves and stems of primrose evaporate toxic substances, from which a person starts to feel dizzy, nauseous, and migraine.
According to experts, the listed indoor flowers should be placed in well-ventilated areas and not brought into rooms where someone is sleeping. I planted my favorite orchid in the kitchen.
