In summer, we love to cook on the grill, but this is a seasonal pleasure: the grill pan is like a home grill, which one we chose
My entire family has a healthy diet and loves meals prepared with little or no oil. In the summer we love to cook on the grill, but unfortunately it's a seasonal treat. After listening to friends and reading reviews, I went to the store to buy a grill pan.
For tips and tricks.
Our choice fell on the Tefal by Jamie Oliver, and we did not lose! The price in comparison with other similar pans, of course, bites (you could find an option twice, or even three times cheaper), but we decided to trust the chef and a well-known brand, which I recommend doing and you!
A grill pan is a brazier, a toaster, a barbecue, and just an ordinary pan in one! Now we cook almost all dishes without oil, and nothing burns. Vegetables come out with stripes, meat with a golden brown crust, and steaks, like in a restaurant!
Wonderful frying pan!
I was pleasantly surprised that the pan is very easy to clean thanks to the non-stick coating and corrugated bottom, it is not heavy (how can seem initially from the side), has a very comfortable handle and a design that allows you to cook on any stove, including induction.
In general, not a frying pan, but a miracle! You don't need to have any special skills to cook a great steak in such a pan. There is a special thermo-spot in the middle, which is a heating indicator, I would recommend laying out food around it so that the grooves on them remain even and look nice.
Perfect steak
Finally, I would like to share some tips for preparing a steak like in a restaurant. Always preheat the pan to the correct temperature first - this is where the thermo spot will help (it will look evenly red). Fry steaks for no more than 1 - 1.5 minutes on each side, for a total of 5 - 7 minutes (depending on the thickness of the piece). To make a mesh appear on the meat, like from the grill on the grill - just place it alternately horizontally and vertically. If you don't like pink juice or blood, place the steak in a preheated oven for a couple of minutes after frying.
Well, would you like to have at home the same beauty from Oliver? Then run to the store and bon appetit!
