Greetings friends! People live in the houses we build. And often our new customers want to visit, see their life.

Of course, while we are building houses, this is real, you can walk around and see. But as soon as people move in there, 99% of the entrance will be closed. All you can do is look at the house from the outside.

It is interesting that we maintain excellent relations with many customers, we do business together, we help each other. And it turns out that the relationship is excellent, but they do not want to let strangers into their home life. And I support that.

This is an original two-storey Finnish-style house with a terrace and balcony, as well as a sauna. The house has an overall size of 8.5 x11, total area 152 m2.

The house is one and a half storey, the second floor has raised walls, which allows using the entire living space on the second floor. The roof of the house is gable, which is very convenient for installing the same snow holders.

The house has a very comfortable layout: our main entrance goes through a porch of 8.2 m2. Further, there is a vestibule of 4.3 m2. In the same corner of the scrap we have two technical rooms - a storage room of 2.5 m2 and a boiler room of 3.7 m2. Kitchen-living room in the house of 35 m2, there is also an exit to a spacious terrace of 21 m2.

On the ground floor there is an additional bathroom of 4.6 m2 and a sauna of 4 m2. On the second floor we have 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a dressing room and two balconies!
