If the indicator lights up, it follows that the wire is intact. So check the second and third wire.

2. How to determine where the wire is broken? First you need to find out where the phase is in the outlet. Turn it on and use a screwdriver to determine where zero (N) and phase (L) are. In the first case, we have already found out which wire is broken. We do not connect the whole wire to the phase.

Now take an indicator screwdriver and run it along the entire length of the wire. Where the wire is broken, the indicator does not light up.

3. How to find out the integrity of incandescent lamps, fuses. To do this, touch the end of the lamp with one hand, and touch the other contact with the indicator in the other hand. With the same hand, hold the indicator on top with your finger.

If the LED lights up, then the lamp is intact. Diodes and fuses can be easily checked in the same way.
