An effective folk remedy to combat nail fungus. The fungus went through 4 procedures.
A few months ago, I noticed a small spot on my big toe that looks like a hematoma. But since I remember exactly that I had not hit anywhere, I wondered what it was.
After talking with a doctor I know, I learned that this stain can occur due to nail fungus. Of course, I immediately went to see a doctor, who confirmed the alleged diagnosis.
I was prescribed medications, but before starting to be treated with pharmaceutical drugs, I decided to apply traditional methods proven over the years.
As a result, after studying several sites with recipes for traditional medicine, I found one remedy that did not cause the slightest concern - a decoction of pine and poplar branches.
Everyone knows very well how many useful properties are inherent in conifers, especially pine, which possesses anti-inflammatory, bactericidal, cleansing, tonic and antitumor effect.
A lot of good things can also be said about poplar: the branches and bark of this tree are used as an antiseptic, antifungal, restorative and antipyretic agent.
And if you use these plants together, a positive result is guaranteed.
And so, to get rid of the fungus, you should prepare a decoction. You will need a large saucepan or metal bucket. We put pine and poplar twigs in a container so that they occupy at least one third and then fill with water up to half.
Bring the liquid to a boil over high heat, and then simmer over low heat for at least half an hour. After the specified time has elapsed, the medicinal broth is ready, but it must be cooled to such a temperature that you can lower your legs into the broth. Feet should be soared until the water cools.
Tip: it is recommended to cool the broth without adding cold water to it. Otherwise, the benefits of the folk remedy will be much less.
Usually 4-5 procedures are enough for the nail fungus to disappear.
