Here is a simple and ingenious recipe for such a test. Cook Anna Dyshkant cooked pies from such dough for Khrushchev and other members of the Politburo. It is a universal recipe: you can make open and closed pies, pies, shanks, rolls with poppy seeds, pizza from it, and whatever you have enough imagination for!

Why this recipe is good

This early ripening is the opposite of the classic dough for Russian pies. You do not need to conjure over it, the pies do not need to melt for a long time before being sent to the oven. No need to bother with the temperature of the food, no need to strictly follow the recipe - somewhere from the third time you will already be putting everything out of sight. No need to make a dough: just mix all the products and - voila! Try it - once again make sure that everything ingenious is simple.

Required ingredients

You will need:

  • 500 g flour;
  • 25 g of pressed yeast (domestic production);
  • 45-75 g sugar;
  • 200 g butter or margarine;
  • 250 g of milk.

How to cook

Knead the dough, cover with plastic wrap and leave to rest for 20 minutes. Cut into pies or pies, let proof and bake for 20 minutes at 180C. Immediately after kneading, the dough can be placed in the refrigerator and kept in the cold for several days.

Nuance

The main thing is to remember the rule: if you start the dough in advance, in the evening, then you don't need to knead it too much. The early dough is kneaded for a long time. It is ideal if you first rub the frozen butter into flour and rub them with your hands until smooth, then add milk, yeast and sugar and knead for about 20 minutes with your hands or for at least 10 minutes with a mixer on medium speed. In this case, the dough turns out to be so plastic that it is a pleasure to form pies from it.
