How red viburnum helps me with pain in the kidneys and not only

click fraud protection

I rarely listen to the advice of grandmothers and folk recipes when something hurts me. It was always a little wild for me to hear people being treated with herbs and infusions. I am more accustomed and easier to see a doctor or run to a pharmacy.

But it just so happens that medications cannot always help. I had kidney problems - sand was collecting. I went to the hospital, but the drugs could not take the pain away. How glad I am that I was advised to treat a simple viburnum. I could not even think that it would help better than pills. I want to share with you some of the beneficial properties of this shrub.

How red viburnum helps me with pain in the kidneys and not only

Viburnum inflorescences with kidney stones

First of all, I checked this property on myself. Kalina perfectly relieves pain with kidney stones or during menstruation. It is also said to help reduce postpartum bleeding. I haven't tried this on myself, since there was no case, but if I suddenly get ready to go to the hospital, I will definitely remember this fact.

In order to reduce pain, you need viburnum flowers. Many do not know that not only fruits are useful, but also inflorescences. You need to collect the half-blooming flowers (I did this in May), pour them onto a tray and dry them.

I must say that dry inflorescences have a rather specific smell. But if you remember about their beneficial properties, you can be patient a little. Dried flowers need to be brewed in boiling water and let them brew a little. Then strain and drink one spoon of this broth three times a day. You can store it in the refrigerator. This remedy can remove excess sand from the kidneys and crush small stones, tested!

Viburnum fruit for colds and as a pain reliever

I also decided to try the viburnum fruits. I knew from my grandmother that they can help cure coughs and colds, as well as reduce pain, for example, with migraines. Therefore, in the fall, I went to pick the cherished red berries.

It is necessary to have time to collect the viburnum before the onset of frost, until the birds have pecked it. You can dry it and then make a decoction, or you can simply freeze it in small batches and gradually remove it from the freezer if necessary. It was easier for me to dry the fruit.

Dry viburnum berries need to be poured with boiling water or brewed with tea. The viburnum has a slightly bitter taste, so the tea will be in place. For colds, adding a couple of tablespoons of honey is also helpful. Then the broth will be even more effective.

Frozen berries can be mixed in a blender with a spoonful of honey or sugar, and add this mixture to tea. Then you will not be afraid of any diseases, because this mixture perfectly increases immunity.

I advise everyone not to admit my mistakes and trust in some folk remedies. Even if you don't quite believe in such methods of treatment, try it. Kalina grows everywhere, so you don't have to spend money. You just need to pick berries or flowers, and once experience their miracle properties.
