Tool, but what have the coins to do with it? Yes, there is only one scheme!

Ilya, two times suffered from street vendors:
“I seem to be an adult, I work for a serious organization as an engineer, but I got burned a couple of times on dubious purchases. The first time, three years ago, when he got married. I didn't want to live with my parents and I moved with my family to my grandmother's house. It was then that the first anniversary after her death had passed.
The house was dilapidated and required reconstruction. For these purposes, I took out a loan, purchased building materials and started repairs. The work was in full swing.
One morning a guy called me through the gate. In his hands was a green suitcase with a tool. He immediately offered me to buy a set for 4 thousand.

I refused, I suspected that the instrument was stolen and the police would come after the sellers. But the boy said that he worked at the facility, they didn't give him a salary - they threw him, and instead of money he grabbed a tool. Now he needs money for tickets to get home.

I didn’t believe him, began to send him out, and at the end he said: “Well, at least for two and a half take, I beg you, you have to go to the sick mother! " Well, here either greed or pity played and I forked out for 2500. Well, you judge for yourself - in the store a small grinder costs from two thousand, and here for two and a half and a grinder, and a drill, and a jigsaw, and even a roulette makeweight!
Now the result: the grinder does not pull, it is impossible to work - the revolutions drop as soon as the disc touches the metal; the drill heats up after five minutes, starts to flicker, but it still works - it will go to drill a couple of holes; a jigsaw is generally a disaster, it is impossible for them to make a cut in plywood longer than 20 centimeters. The jigsaw burned down after four days of work, since the bulk of the cases in the house were related to wood, plywood and chipboard.
I wore it all for repairs - they said that it was a disposable gypsy instrument and it was not repaired. Everything I bought is a fiction, a toy, but only looks like the real thing. "

Lesson number 2 - expensive but instructive

This story of our hero did not teach anything and he again fell, but already on a more insidious bait.

“When my son was born, I earn extra money - to taxi. There is a car, but there is not enough money - what else to do?
One evening I stood on the outskirts of the city and waited for the last client so as not to go home empty. There are no clients, I was about to leave, but a guy of about twenty comes up to me. He says: "Uncle, do you have a phone with the Internet?" I answered that there is. He takes out a couple of coins and asks: "Uncle, we are builders, we demolished the house, today we broke the stove and found a box with coins in it, look on the Internet how much they cost."
And he looked like a real helper - in work clothes, his hands were soot, he smelled burnt. This intrigued me and I decided to take a look. I take a coin from him, open a browser, look for a denomination, year of issue and... I can't believe my eyes - one costs from 50 thousand dollars. I take another - that thirty, the next - 80 thousand greens.
I am shaking, and the boy asks: "Uncle, what is there?" I answer: "Yes, they seem to be worth something, but I'm not sure." At that moment, I had bad thoughts. To be honest, I wanted to take it in hand and give it to gas, but I will not commit a crime.

And then the boy says: "Uncle, maybe you will buy them from me, otherwise where I go with them - they will be deceived, I have no documents or clean clothes." I asked what price he wanted. The boy replied: "Well, how much do they cost?" I lied to him, said that from 30 to 80 thousand, but rubles. He asked for 50 thousand rubles for his treasure and we shook hands with him.
I didn't even have that much money at home, and I, taking him with me, went to borrow. I took a little from my parents, a little from friends, I gave everything of my own - it was still not enough. My mind was so clouded that I gave him my sports bike, which I bought for 20 thousand. As a result, I paid off, took the coins.
All night I could not sleep, I looked at different sites, I counted how much I would earn on this deal. I imagined myself a millionaire, I was already wondering what kind of house I would build, what car I would drive, how I would spend a million dollars. My wife was skeptical about this, but I was happy, even if only for a few hours.
In the morning I drove to an antique store, where they laughed at me quietly. The coins are remakes, the cost of each is no more than one hundred rubles. I did not believe them, I thought that they were deceiving me and ran around all the antique dealers and markets in the city. At one antique dealer on the counter, I saw the same coins for 150 rubles apiece.
As a result, I lost 35 thousand rubles and a new bike. Loshara - so my husband called me after this incident. One thing pleases a little: for several hours I felt like a dollar millionaire. "

Where is the tool from

There are several versions of the origin of the instrument:

  • it is carried out by employees from construction hypermarkets;
  • it is issued as a salary at a construction site;
  • he is from a Polish or Belarusian factory, which produces goods under license and sells five times cheaper than the original;
  • a tool from a large batch of confiscated goods, which is stored in a warehouse where “their people” work.

All these versions are nothing more than fairy tales to choose from for those who have not stopped believing in them. The tool, like most of the counterfeit products, comes from China.

There are more than 2500 factories producing electrical equipment in China. According to various estimates, there are twice as many underground shops producing counterfeit goods.

In their homeland, a factory-made Chinese instrument of good quality is inexpensive. For example, a screwdriver as in the picture - 1100 rubles. Perforator - 2700 rubles. Chainsaw - 2900 rubles.

Almost with the majority of Chinese factories it is possible to agree on a contract production of products. That is, their tool, and your brand. They do it with pleasure. By the way, most of the so-called Russian instrument comes from the Middle Kingdom.

But you can also negotiate with an underground workshop, the prices of which will be two or even three times cheaper. A sticker of any brand will be attached to such a tool and painted in original colors. As a result, a screwdriver will cost 300–500 rubles, a hammer drill and a saw at 800–1200. From there and the tool!

Why are these prices?

The answer to the question is due to the poor quality of the components. For example, a counterfeit jigsaw. It looks like the original, and the label says: Made in Germany.

Light in weight. It works for the first two minutes with no load normally, then the revolutions begin to float, the power drops, it heats up. Inside there is a toy motor that hardly reaches 200 watts in power. For comparison, the armature and stator are from the same Chinese, but factory jigsaw. Giblets: brushes, gears, bearings similar to real ones, but disposable.

Briefly about sales technology

All this was created to work during verification and another month afterwards at best. During the demonstration, a wow effect is created from the price and the buzz of a working instrument. Greed turns on, thinking turns off, the wallet is emptied. By the way, the coins come from Chinese souvenir factories are trinkets, but with good acting they turn into a priceless treasure for a while.
