"Dacha amnesty" can be changed: gardeners have the right to amend the bill

It is planned not only to prolong the program of simplified registration of garden real estate, but also to expand it. This was announced by Oleg Valenchuk, deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and head of the Union of Russian Gardeners. The official clarified that it is possible to make proposals in the regional offices of the Union. This will help to supplement or amend the bill by the time of the second reading in the State Duma.

Who submitted the idea

The deputy was prompted to this idea by ideas from members of the organization who want to improve the law. Citizens express their thoughts and propose solutions regarding the imperfection of the current dacha amnesty. Valenchuk says that he maintains relations with summer residents throughout Russia and feedback is more important than ever.

How it will work

Public reception offices of the Union of Gardeners are open both on Sakhalin and in the Crimea. Here you can leave your proposals, which you promise to consider, prepare and submit to the upcoming the second reading of the bill on the extension of the dacha amnesty until March 1, 2026 (in the first reading the document accepted). The project still needs to go through a number of approvals.

Therefore, Oleg Valenchuk asks gardeners to offer their innovations as soon as possible.

It is expected that according to the declaration and the technical plan (in a simplified manner), it will be possible to register a house and other buildings not only in a garden partnership, but also on plots for individual housing construction and private household plots. And it is also planned to provide citizens with the opportunity to form SNT on lands with a view of the permitted use "gardening" - in agricultural areas and in populated points. This was announced by Natalya Adigamova, Minister of Property Relations of the Moscow Region.

The politician clarified that the house must comply with all urban planning standards. For example, a building cannot exceed 20 meters in height or have more than three floors above the ground.
