Many people know about the healing properties of aloe. The healing powers are mainly in the skin of the plant. Therefore, great benefits can be obtained from whole leaves.
There are many folk recipes, in the preparation of which the agave is used.
Aloe, honey and cahors recipe
Agaric (leaves must be kept in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks, then cut into pieces), mix honey and Cahors in a ratio of 150: 250: 350. The remedy is applied 1 tablespoon 3 times a day for 10-15 minutes a day (you can both before meals and after meals). The mixture is used as a fortifying and healing agent, to raise the strength of the body.
Aloe vera products have anti-inflammatory and anti-diabetic effects. But you need to use them as a remedy for no more than 3-4 weeks.
To get the maximum healing effect from aloe, you must use both the skin and the pulp of the leaves in the recipe. The centenary is a carrier of carotenoids such as lutein, which is beneficial for vision.
Recipe number 2. Juicing with frozen leaf pulp
Before preparing the recipe, the leaves of the agave must be frozen in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. Next, you need to squeeze the juice out of the mass with your hands when the leaves thaw.
One tablespoon of healing aloe juice must be dissolved in 100 ml of water, the intake of the product is distributed over a day (3 times a day after meals are enough).
You can also grind frozen and melted leaves in a blender, the result is a juice with pulp. Then this mixture must be slightly heated on the stove (until steam appears). The liquid should not boil.
Then you should wait until the solution has cooled. The juice can be used along with the pulp or filtered through cheesecloth. Dilute 1 tbsp per 100 ml of water. a spoonful of funds and take during the day in three doses.
Aloe juice must be kept refrigerated.
