Why did my wife and I decide to move from a resort town to a small village?

Sometimes in life for some reason you have to change your permanent place of residence, which is what I want to tell you about. I want to share my personal experience, my story about how my wife and I moved to live from city to village.

We live in a warm region, in the Republic of Crimea, on the southern coast of the peninsula, next to the sea. They lived in the city for quite a long time. We worked, we liked everything, everything was fine, but the apartment we lived in was rented, there was no home of our own, there was only a desire and purpose to acquire it. And then one day we received an offer from our parents to move to a private house, which was left from our grandparents.

We liked the city life, but we could not refuse to move into a house, which eventually will become our own in the future.

We agreed with pleasure. The distance from the city was 30 kilometers. When moving, there were some difficulties with the termination of the apartment rental agreement. Otherwise, there were no problems. Having moved from a city apartment to a house in a village, I want to say right away that life here is different, namely, everyday life.

Indeed, in addition to everyday work inside the house, very often you have to work outside it: in the yard, in the personal plot, in the garden.

However, work in the garden bears fruit in the form of grown vegetables, herbs, fruits, very tasty and healthy, and most importantly, natural.

You can also breed a household, but so far we have only got chickens for the sake of eggs.

The rest is still in the plans. Among the disadvantages is the lack of such a developed infrastructure as in the city. After all, there we are used to the fact that everything is there and everything is near. Any product or service can be purchased. It's not like that in the village. It is felt literally right away. If you need something, you need to go to the regional center. Even if not significant, but this is a minus, although you quickly get used to it, the main thing is to have personal transport.

Another drawback is problems with employment. It is very difficult to find a job, there are practically no vacancies here. To find a job, you need to travel either to the regional center or to the city. As for home improvement, if we compare it with an apartment in the city, there is a difference. Unlike a city apartment, a country house needs to be equipped largely from the outside, for this you can include: a house plot, a fence, a yard, a roof, a vegetable garden, as well as communications, drainage and so on Further. Home improvement is pure pleasure.

And in general, there are a lot of pluses in life here, namely: excellent ecology, clean air, silence, our natural products, a lot personal space, the ability to dispose of your plot of land for different purposes, constant unity with nature, and so Further.

We have been living in a house outside the city for more than six months and I will say that we are very happy that we have moved from the city to a house in the country. We really like it here. We enjoy everything that is here with pleasure. We are glad that we have our own home, surrounded by picturesque nature, which has a beneficial effect on our health and which we can endlessly admire.
