How is water heating in our house arranged, that there are no pipes in the rooms
Our subscribers living in the Urals shared with us their story about the arrangement of heating in the house.
When we started building a big house, we tried our best to provide for the possibility of it being warm. After all, we live in the Urals, and although the winters have become warmer, there are still periods of low temperatures.
We have no gas, heating is on electricity. The area is of course rural, which gives us a 50% discount on electricity. But you don't want to spend extra kilowatts.
The heating was made by an experienced large company from Perm, which has been on the market for a long time and specializes in communications. Of course, they didn't take cheaply for their services, but while everything suits us, the first winter went well, it was warm.
On the first floor of the house we have underfloor heating and radiators, and on the second floor - only radiators. Moreover, in the rooms we do not have any heating pipes, only two pipes come out of the floor to the radiator and that's it. This, of course, makes me very happy. As I recall, how much dust accumulated behind these heating pipes in the apartment and how unattractive they look, they interfere with putting furniture - I think how good it is that we are in the house.
All pipes run along the ceiling of the first floor and basement. They are packed in special heat-protective covers, so the heat loss is minimal.
Until we have finished the renovation on the 1st floor, we live on the second floor, where we did everything. Therefore, until now, all this eerie sight is in sight. But in the kitchen on the 1st floor, we already made a stretch ceiling and nothing became visible, as if there was no such wiring, everything was clean and tidy.
In the bathroom, you can see that all pipes come out of the basement, where the boiler is located in the boiler room, and then go through other rooms.
It seems to me that such a heating device is possible only in a private house, moreover, in a new one, where everything is planned in advance, thinking over every step.
I wish everyone who decides to build a house to think over such things before laying the foundation. I say this because I have before my eyes an example of relatives who built a house according to their drawings, as a result, they did not foresee many things, including the load-bearing walls in the basement, and they have a subsidence of the floor under the fireplace and other things that are expensive to fix and offensive. They have bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors - at different ends of the house, so the wiring is complicated and expensive. The foundation had to be drilled for the sewer system, because the hole was not laid, and so on.
Therefore, the design of the future home must be taken seriously. And if a ready-made purchase project is not affordable, then at least smart advice will never hurt to use it. And on the Internet there are also such.
