Why condominiums in Thailand are the best residential property format

A huge number of our compatriots have visited Thailand. Most of them spent their holidays in hotels. And only a few people know that in all tourist areas there is a format of residential real estate called "Condominium". Condics are better than hotels, guesthouses and individual apartments in all respects. And that's why.

On my first trip to Thailand, I, like everyone else, stayed at a hotel. And the second time too. But for the third time on the way from St. Petersburg to Bangkok, a very interesting interlocutor flew with me, who advised me to cancel my hotel reservation and instead check into a condominium.

The mood is great, there is a wonderful vacation ahead, and my neighbor in the row was very convincing. And I decided - "Why not!" Descending from the plane, I immediately began to look for the correct condik. The task was not difficult. It turned out that there are a lot of them, for every taste, color and wallet. You can rent in several ways - through Airbnb, with the help of a real estate agency, or directly, in the rental department of a particular building.

I decided to use Airbnb. From Bangkok to Pattaya by bus two hours. During this time, I managed to choose the best offer, book it, and even contact the owner to arrange a quick check-in. Doubts, of course, dominated me until the moment I checked in. Because the brain simply refused to believe that much more could be obtained for less money than a hotel.

What happened. My inconveniently located three-star hotel with tired rooms, a tiny pool and a questionable restaurant should have cost me 60,000 rubles for two in 14 days. And a wonderful studio apartment on the 20th floor of the Centric Sea condominium, which was located at the same time in the center of Pattaya, and 5 minutes from the beach, only 30,000.

And this despite the fact that on the roof I was waiting for a huge panoramic pool with stunning views. Also included were a jacuzzi, sauna, gym, library, meeting room, space for recreation and entertainment, a grocery store right in the building. Everything at once and in one place. A wonderful modern format of residential real estate. In general, the vacation was 100% successful. Since then, I never stay in hotels again if there are condominiums nearby.
