You can cover it with garden nonwoven fabric. Choose the thickest one and attach to the wood with a stapler.

The proportions are: for 4 liters of oil, 400 grams of wax. Rosin needs a small piece (about 10-20 gr.). The oil can be purchased at any grocery store. Choose the cheapest one. The wax can be purchased from those who sell honey. 1 kg. wax costs about 600 rubles. Rosin is sold in any hardware store.

Pour the oil into a saucepan and place on minimum heating.

Grate the wax on a grater and add directly to the oil. Put a piece of rosin there. An important condition: Stir constantly. When you see that the wax has almost completely melted, you can turn off the stove. The composition is quickly absorbed and brings out all the beauty of the wood.
