What does my wife do for a cozy home out of old jeans?

In any house there is at least one jeans that are in the closet for the reason that they only have something broken a lock, or one hole that can be sewn up discreetly, or a spot in a conspicuous place that does not is washed off. That is, it's a pity to throw it away, and there is no time and desire to put it in order.

And we also had a few pairs of these jeans that took up space in the closet. And so, my wife, who completed free patchwork courses during her maternity leave, decided to make useful things out of them.

By the way, she asked for advice to women who stay at home - at employment centers there is always an opportunity to get some useful specialty for free. She just finished the courses, received a certificate, as well as a lot of useful skills. Now we never have any problems with small gifts - the wife will quickly sew on the pot holders, some other useful things that everyone is always happy with. And for children, she sews doll bedding, dresses for dolls, which always go as a welcome gift.

So she made chair covers for our house from old jeans. I made these chairs and table with my own hands. I ripped up my pants, cut off the seams and cut out original things that no one else has, they look fun and fresh.

Everyone who comes to our house immediately pays attention to them and says that they also have old jeans lying around in their house and we must also put them into action. But, of course, not everyone can do this. For handmade items to look like garbage, they must be very neat, carefully calibrated and tastefully selected.

Moreover, the interior, in which, for example, on the windows there are curtains with lambrequins, will not be harmonious and will not tolerate pieces of furniture sewn from old jeans.

And from the seams that are cut out when cutting jeans, my wife made coasters for hot dishes in the kitchen. In general, I was very surprised at this, how original, simple and even funny it is.

It doesn't matter if your house is large or small, you can always make it cozy and warm with your hands.
