Today's topic is collected, including from personal life and from readers' reviews. I was really surprised by such non-standard methods of application of the “Golden Star” balm, famous since the Soviet era, which is often called simply the Star among the people.

The first life hack that I checked.

You know, I just couldn't think... But I didn't know how to get rid of from moths in closets.

This perennial problem did not leave our house while the cat lived. He loved to get into the closet and sleep there. As soon as I didn't drive away ...

A moth, as a rule, appears where epithelium and sweat marks remain on clothing and lies for a long time. I do not put my worn clothes in the closet, I hang them on a hanger separately in the room before washing. But the cat left traces there and as a result of which it was impossible to get rid of the moth.

The sister said that she began to smear the door of the wardrobes and the side surfaces inside with the Vietnamese balm Zvezdochka. And the moth disappeared, and the cat stopped climbing into the closet. It turns out that cats don't like these essential oils, just like moths don't.

Second life hack.

This, you know, comes out of the first. The cat loved to scratch the sofas and even the door, or rather sharpen its claws on them. So I started to smear with the Star too. Even in those places where the kitten can go "to the toilet", it helps to educate him - to choose the right place to relieve needs.

Third life hack.

This is a logical continuation, one might say. After all, from these applications of the Star in the cabinets, on the furniture in the house, the aroma of his essential oils began to reign. Very nice, I never thought before. No nasty chemical fragrances from sprays or moth repellents. Both the clothes from the closets and the atmosphere in the house are pleasant. So the balm can also be used as a fragrance.

Fourth life hack.

The Vietnamese star, it turns out, not only scares away the moth, but also many other insects. So it perfectly protects from mosquitoes in nature. And not much is needed on the feet, hands to smear. Enough for a long time.
