Enamel dishes burn more often than others. How I clean the enamel from carbon deposits in just 1 minute without damaging the enamel
Greetings, dear friends of my channel and first time visitors!
The topic of this post, it seems to me, should be interesting to any hostess. Unless, of course, and without me they know about ways to clean the enamel.
In my kitchen, I use exclusively enamelled and stainless steel pots. I don't accept any non-stick coatings. I will write other life hacks about stainless steel later. But few people talk about enamel. Or maybe I don't see it.

Not only milk, porridge, but also thick soups sometimes burn on the bottom when boiling or heating. A couple of times I forgot to take it off the fire in time and had to throw out my beloved beautiful vessel. But not so long ago I learned how to easily clean carbon deposits without special tools.
First, let me remind you of the measures that will help preserve such dishes and use them longer.
Do not forget to temper the enamel cookware by boiling water (no salt or soda). After boiling, leave the water to cool overnight.
Burnt food in an enamel saucepan or saucepan should not be left for later. If you cannot immediately start the cleansing procedure, then later it may not work.
You can not also allow sudden changes in temperature during use - pour into a hot a burnt pot of cold water - from this the surface immediately cracks and the dishes come into disrepair.
My recipe for easy removal of carbon deposits in 1 minute: dissolve washing powder with powdered bleach in boiling water and add vegetable oil, stir, pour in a saucepan. A solution of two ingredients should be enough so that the entire area with carbon deposits is covered with it. Then it must be brought to a boil and kept on fire for another 1 minute. Turn off the stove and leave it to cool for a couple of hours, after which you can wash it in the usual way, even rubbing it with a hard sponge or brush. If you have your own secrets for such cases, please, share with us with everyone.
