I explain which house you don't need to pay tax for, and how you can lower the base

According to the current legislation, citizens and stateless persons who own garden or residential buildings on the territory of Russia are obliged to pay taxes for them.

But at the same time, the Tax Code contains article 403, the fifth part of which states that the base for calculating the tax should be reduced by 50 square meters from the area.

This means that if you are building a house with an area of ​​68 square meters, then you will pay tax only for eighteen "squares". Moreover, it can be both a house in SNT and a house on the lands of individual housing construction.

But if you have two houses on your site, then you still have to pay tax for the second house. Even if their total area is no more than 50 square meters.

There is a clever way not to pay for this house - you can arrange it as a farm building. And if the area of ​​such a building is less than the same 50 sq.m., then you can forget about taxes.

And if your house has no connection with the ground at all - in the sense that its foundation is not buried in the ground? For example, a house is on wheels. In this case, you are also exempted from paying taxes - after all, according to the law, it cannot be recognized either as a garden one, or even more so as a residential one.

In general, no one canceled the general rule - the higher the fence, the safer life behind it. So the depth of the well will not come to be measured, and the meter will not supply the "state" water that you take from under "your" land.
