Often, after waking up in the morning, I feel uncomfortable. It hurts there, then it hurts, but more often in the morning already a disgusting mood. I decided to look on the sites for how to change my life so that every morning brings joy.

As a result, I found some tips that the Institute of Clinical Medicine offers. If you follow all that will be said below, then the situation will dramatically change in a positive direction:

  • a person will be able to tune himself into a positive;
  • concentration of attention will improve;
  • extra pounds will go away;
  • energy will appear;
  • there will be an interest in wholesome and healthy food.

But the most important thing is that a woman will love the morning and will not be afraid of it.

Get up at the same time

Of course, it is best to rise with the sunrise. But modern women don't always work close to home. Therefore, whether you want or not, you have to get up much earlier than the sun. It is helpful to get up at the same hour every day, even on weekends. I don't remember where, but I read that in the morning, as soon as a person woke up, you need to get up right away, and not lie in bed.

Stretch your legs

A woman's legs need to be protected, especially if there is no time to rest during the day. I start the morning with a warm-up of my feet: I turn them towards myself, back, to the sides. Then I perform circular rotations with my feet.

This warm-up will improve circulation.

"Yoga" on the bed

Yes, you are not mistaken. It is yoga that I propose to do immediately after you open your eyes. I don't know any specific exercises. In my arsenal there is a "bicycle", alternating leg raises, rotations. Each woman can decide for herself how to stretch her body after sleep.

Nuts in the morning

Among the tips, I liked the fact that you can eat nuts in the morning: walnuts, peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, whatever you like. They can be added to salad, but I prefer to eat them just like that after breakfast.

What do nuts give to the female body? Not only healthy fats, but also many vitamins and minerals. But most importantly, nuts saturate perfectly, so you won't want to have a snack before lunch.

Without water and not there, and not syudy ...

Every morning for several years now I have been starting with a glass of warm water. I drink it on an empty stomach. This procedure improves blood circulation, awakens the digestive system. In addition, water passes through the stomach, intestines and partially "flushes" them from food debris, helps to eliminate toxins.

But that's not all. Water helps you lose weight. Recently, after 15 minutes, I also drink a glass of raisin water.

Change habits

Every breakfast you need to experiment, change dishes, hand. I am right-handed, but I often take a spoon in my left hand in the morning. While I eat, I laugh at my awkwardness. This is necessary to provoke the brain to create new neural connections. Consequently, memory and attention will improve.

Coffee is healthy

Of course, we are not talking about too thick coffee in a huge cup. Every morning I allow myself a small cup of this divine drink that helps me to awaken. And this means that I will start working full of strength and energy.

Leave gadgets alone

The life of a modern woman is so arranged that without gadgets she feels “naked”. I have no time to pick up a phone or tablet in the morning. As for the computer, I turn it on when I start cooking dinner - I watch movies on YouTube. But my daughters and granddaughter have a bad habit of sitting at the table from their phones. I have been fighting with them for two months now, some shifts have been outlined. But I will still get my way.
