I want to talk about how a regular walk in the fresh air helps restore vision. Nature has naturally helped me train and improve my vision. On the street, I train my eye muscles by looking at objects either close or far.

The meaning of sight

A person in certain situations is faced with the manifestation of the strongest emotions, such as fear, anger, sadness, anxiety, envy. Such vivid emotions do not bypass the work of the brain, and as a result are reflected in the body. Vision, as the most important organ through which we see and evaluate the world, also suffers, as a result of which there is a change in the quality of vision. When we hear that a person has become blind with rage, we understand that he really does not see reality, and a certain thought sits in his head.

How can you restore vision with a regular walk

The state of fear no less blocks vision, the strength of this emotion is such that it can darken in the eyes. And in such a situation, disaster is not far off, a person is in danger.

Prolonged exposure to complex emotional problems creates problems in the organs. Nervous fatigue leads to regular headaches and stomach pains. Inability or unwillingness to build relationships with loved ones gives rise to farsightedness, and fears in building plans for the future - myopia. This is also facilitated by enthusiasm, the absence of which gives rise to apathy and a decrease in interest, which leads to the onset of myopia.

Why walking is good for the eyes

People with both myopia and farsightedness will be pleased with the result of the walk, because looking at nature and focusing their gaze trains the eye muscle. In nature, you can find objects in the distance and get rid of myopia, and looking at twigs, leaves or birds close, eliminate farsightedness.

Periodic change of gaze also helps to engage those muscles that are most weakened. Indeed, in an ordinary situation, we are limited to a set of actions in which our gaze always overcomes the same distance to the object.

How to walk properly for sight

There are four important rules I follow to help me get the most out of my outdoor time.

First, I never look at my feet for a long time. In such a position, the necessary training of vision does not take place.

Secondly, I walk with a straight, straight back and look forward. This position already adjusts vision to different distances.

Thirdly, while walking, I smile. A smile signals my brain that I am in a good mood, which will trigger a balanced work of all organs in the body. Negative manifestations on the face have the exact opposite effect.

Well, and fourthly, when walking, they always examine objects, finding amazing details in them. This deliberate approach helps me not to keep boring or heavy thoughts in my head, but to enjoy what I see.
