"What to do if even the suction cup glued to the silicone fell off." The main thing is not to panic
In the last article, I wrote how to fix the suction cup with silicone, even on corrugated tiles, but immediately warned that there might be nuances.
Nuances
People repeated this method, some thanked while others complained that the suction cup still disappears over time. Whoever did not succeed, immediately called the method ineffective and threw the idea of fasteners on suction cups.
Don't panic
The fact is that and I had this problem, one sucker holds, and the second does not. How to get out of the situation is as easy as shelling pears, you need to repeat the operation, only with a smaller amount of sealant.
To do this, degrease the suction cup, use a nail polish remover myself, quietly squeeze it from my wife.
Then we smear the silicone with a thin layer on the suction cup and the frozen "fungus" on the tile and glue it again.
We are waiting for drying, at least two hours, and we fix the mesh, but it is better to leave it overnight.
It happens that even this does not give a result (well, it is unsuccessfully "grabbed", it happens), then we cut off the protrusion of the frozen sealant with a blade from a clerical knife, and repeat the gluing again. As a result, the problem will be solved! Most likely, the quality of the individual sucker plays a role here, because the rest stick tightly.
The main thing is, do not give up, do not drill the tiles!
