What is needed for this

Of the main ingredients you need:

  • milk;
  • table vinegar 6%;
  • salt;
  • dried garlic;
  • ground paprika;
  • ground black pepper;
  • greens (dill, parsley, cilantro).

But there are no restrictions on seasonings. If you like basil, please; love rosemary - for God's sake, no one limits you! You can even add finely chopped cervelat or snacks to the cheese.

How to cook cheese

Pour milk into a container, put it on the stove and heat it to forty degrees. There is no thermometer under your hands - try it with your finger: the milk should be warm, but not scalding.

Pour vinegar into the heated milk at the rate of 25 milliliters per 1 liter of milk. After about 5 minutes, the cheese will begin to fight back. The resulting mass must be collected with a slotted spoon, placed in cheesecloth and squeezed well.

Next, you need to put the squeezed mass into the dish; salt to taste, add seasonings, finely chopped herbs and mix well. The ingredients we mentioned in the recipe, namely: garlic, paprika, black pepper and herbs, are one of the best combinations.

But here you can experiment and add, for example, finely chopped smoked sausage and rosemary. The taste will be amazing, and you can definitely surprise your guests with the original quick cheese.

The last stage is the seasoning of the seasoned cheese under pressure in a cold place. You need to wrap the cheese in cheesecloth again, put in a bowl, cover with a plate, press down with something heavy and refrigerate. After 8 hours, the country snack is ready!
