I'm talking about the cold season, when the flower is wrapped well, and the air, as we know from the school curriculum, is a poor conductor of heat. From the store to the car and to the house in a wrapper or box, any bouquet will calmly survive and will not have time to freeze. In general, flowers are imported in refrigerators. And they are stored in refrigerators under the condition from 0 degrees to +2. In some cases, up to +8 degrees.

1. Cut flowers love coolness and hate drafts. So keep away from radiators, direct sunlight and where air movement does not create a draft.
2. Forget about useless folk remedies such as aspirin, sugar. The internet is even full of tips for adding bleach to your water! Some nonsense... 3. Roses, orchids, and some other flowers love alcohol. Therefore, it will be good for them to add 20 grams of vodka per liter of water. Such a base is not only detrimental to harmful microorganisms, but will also help roses, orchids and some other flowers significantly increase the flowering and preservation period.
4. Ash solution also helps, but it is usually not the case for those who are not engaged in seedlings and other summer cottage affairs. And for those who are interested, I will say that ash is freely sold in specialized shops for the garden and summer cottages.
5. Flower preservative can be added 1 small sachet per vase. But there are other types of additives that can preserve water and maintain a nutrient medium for flowers. They keep cut flowers in a vase half asleep. That is, the bouquet will not open for a long time, it will stand longer in the form in which you put it.
