These flowers are quite unpretentious. They can easily grow even if you do not make some kind of dressing. But still, if you want them to bloom profusely and beautifully, then some nutrients should be added to the soil.

Of course, it is very easy to get ready-made fertilizers. But I realized a long time ago that natural remedies that are prepared using folk methods perform the function of dressing just as well.

Therefore, my advice will be just about how to prepare your own feed for marigolds.

In order to prepare the top dressing, you will need to prepare the onion peel. It's just a versatile component. I use this material quite often for making fertilizers. And that's why I do it.

Benefits of Onion Hulls for Plants

· Helps to strengthen the immune system.

You need to tightly tamp the husk into a jar and pour a liter of boiling water. Fertilizer is infused during the day. When you stand the prescribed amount of time, dilute the tincture with water.

The ratio of infusion to water is 1 to 5. Spring seedlings can be watered with this infusion. Believe me, it has been tested over the years, the result will be excellent.

True, the herbal infusion is also no worse. You can infuse nettles in the same way as onion peels. Any weed will do. Just collect it before the seeds appear.

Water the plants well before feeding them. The soil must be moistened, only then the fertilization will be beneficial.

Important! Do not use humus for fertilizing marigolds.
