Difficult choice, at the very beginning of family life. Yes, this is how the story of my self-construction began, which "a little" tightened ...

Own housing is a task that is one of the main tasks for many modern people. And I am no exception.

Although this desire came somehow suddenly and out of nothing. He lived for himself, rented an apartment with a girl, and in a few days views changed dramatically... Happens.

And if in big cities, an apartment is practically the only achievable option (for the average couple). Then in my small town, 50% of people live in the private sector.

Having weighed some pros and cons, we decided on our own house (although we were not even married then).

By the way, here is one of the first articles on my channel, which is already two years old. There I described all my "FOR" and "AGAINST" at that time.

Everything seemed simple:

• There is a plot.
• I take a loan for 700,000, and put the box at home. This is the first year.
• Then I make the necessary vnutryanka (well, maybe another 300,000), stop by, and slowly do the rest. Two years, everything is ready ...

How far from the truth I was then ...

At the moment, three years of building a house have passed, do it yourself

• There is a warm circuit.
• Loan money for 1,400,000 rubles has already been spent.
• It's still a long way to go to the final finish, to somehow drive in.

Sometimes I was visited by thoughts: "What if I chose an apartment?"

In our city, you can take a one-room apartment for 1,500,000 - 2,000,000 (in a normal house, not in a wooden barrack).

Yes, I would already live there, but:

For repairs, it would still take time and money, which you will spend, pay off your debts, and then you will understand that you want more housing... And all over again!

So I have no regrets.

Getting involved in this business (when there is no turning back), I do not consider this situation from the side of "how bad everything is, and how unlucky I am."

Just a few thoughts:

• How to organize your time to speed up the process?
• And how can you find additional income in order to also speed up the process?

And during all this time, the desire to call into your house only intensifies when you gradually approach your goal.

So for me, this construction site (but for someone a gamble) served as a good kick to get started. And each difficulty is no longer a reason for frustration, but an incentive for development and movement.
