In the spring, many people lose their hair. This is how I am dealing with this problem
Many of my acquaintances this year have been ill with covid. And almost everyone complains that a month after recovery, hair suddenly begins to fall out strongly. If men can still somehow put up with it, then women this problem seems to be a real disaster. Therefore, when I was ill, I immediately began to carry out preventive measures.
Since summer, I have stocked up a lot of herbs, which I tied in bunches and hung in the dressing room. It is summer here, just made of boards, so there is always a draft in it, the grasses dry perfectly in the shade. I make a decoction of these herbs, pouring boiling water over them before the bath.
I use part of the broth for steam, while receiving a kind of inhalation that is useful for the lungs. Since it is not yet possible to be in a hot bath, I go last.
And I use the remaining broth as a hair rinse. Before leaving the bath, I pour broth over my head and do not wash it off. The broth remains on the head. This is an excellent hair mask, natural cosmetic rinse.
The broth is based on yarrow. This weed grows near the reservoir. Actually, this is a weed, but I taught it, it grows compactly. If it starts to creep, then I chop it off with a shovel, it remains a bush in its place.
This is a very useful herb, but you cannot use it inside - it is very dangerous.
I add, of course, nettles. It dries in my brooms, it is the most useful herb for hair.
Oregano grows in my garden in the garden, the smell and benefits are like wild. It goes not only in my broth, but also in tea. But for tea, of course, I keep it at home.
And I always add mint. Mint in the bath is an irreplaceable herb. It gives a wonderful aroma, soothes, relieves stress. And for hair - it stimulates growth, gives shine and density.
In this simple way, you can strengthen your hair. This applies, of course, not only to those who were sick. In the spring, due to avitominosis, almost everyone has hair problems. This is due to the wearing of hats, temperature changes. And, of course, the dryness of the indoor air due to heating.
Therefore, the use of herbs becomes, simply, a necessity. Don't buy expensive air conditioners that do more harm than good - in the end.
If you are not as prudent as I am - you have not stocked herbs, then you can buy them in pharmacies or in the markets. And next summer I strongly advise you to leave the city, where there is no industry and transport, to stroll through the abandoned villages. There is always something that you can collect and prepare for a long winter to your health. And a lot, as I do, is to grow on my site.
