The best recipe for fish soup
Everyone in our family is very fond of the fish soup cooked over the fire. Our parents taught us to do this. It is possible that pleasant childhood memories, nostalgia, make this dish even more delicious for us. Although the ear with a smoke is a cool thing.
When I propose to cook fish soup, many say that it is too simple - fish and potatoes, here is the fish soup. But our family recipe is much more sophisticated, and although, in fact, any child can handle the preparation of fish soup, there are some subtleties in this.
So, for fish soup we need:
River fish - pike perch or pike, although sometimes in winter we cook fish soup just from pink salmon bought in a store - it's also delicious,

First of all, we put the cauldron, half filled with water, on the fire. We always cook in a cauldron. It will take a lot of firewood, it is better to do it on the hearth so that all the heat is directed upward.
Then we clean the carrots and cut them into half rings. Peel the onion and cut it into cubes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes.
We clean the fish and cut it into portions. We rinse well. Do not forget to remove the gills, otherwise the whole ear will be spoiled.
As soon as the water boils, add salt, but a little to add salt at the end. We throw in some onions, just for taste. We omit all the carrots. It takes the longest to cook. After the vegetables have boiled for about 20 minutes, lower the potatoes. As soon as it boils, we lower the fish.
Then we begin to aromatize - bay leaf, pepper. We taste the salt after boiling the fish, add if necessary. And we remove the foam all the time.
At this time, beat the egg well with a spoon or fork and after the fish has boiled for 10 minutes, pour the egg and stir immediately so that it disperses.
Cook the fish for a total of 20 minutes. It is river, so you need to boil well.
Just before readiness, pour a glass of vodka into your ear and lower the stick with a burning coal. This is the finishing touch. We get the stick almost immediately.
