Rack for paper kitchen towels

In my kitchen, paper towels and nonwoven roll towels are the essentials. I can’t imagine working on the desk without them, they make life very easy. In addition, such disposable towels, of course, are hygienic, they do not accumulate bacteria and are not transferred from hands to the table and back.

But I still do not have a stand for such a roll, it is constantly lonely on the table. Of course, we ate to be puzzled by the search. you can find and order, but all the time my hands do not reach it. In one of the online stores I met an advertisement for a stand for rolled towels at a price of 1600 rubles! Since then, I have been discouraged from wasting time looking for such a necessary, but not vital little thing.

And then I went to a village store not far from the village where we built a house. Everything is sold there - from groceries to plumbing. And now, on the table in the household department, I see three options for roll towels at once! Truly, we see nothing under our nose, but we are ready to write from the other end of the world.

But after taking a closer look at the product, I realized that I was happy early. Holders for paper towels were not of the best look and quality, and most importantly, they did not fulfill their main function - to hold! But first things first.

The first stand is hanging, it is mounted on a wall or a kitchen apron in a horizontal position. This absolutely does not suit me.

My apron in the kitchen is made in the style of a countertop, it is quite expensive, and I don't want to poke holes in it. Although, for someone, such a harness is quite suitable.

The second type is a standing stand, its inner rod is made of two parts, which are spread apart, like a slingshot. This was invented, apparently, so that the roll does not unwind when the next piece is torn off.

But the stand itself is very light, weightless, so when you pull it, of course, it will fall. What then is its meaning? It must stand firmly on the surface.

In this regard, the suspended one, by the way, will be much more convenient: it certainly will not fall when the roll is unwound.

The third stand is also very light, but this paper towel holder has a special stopper on the side, on which you can tear off the napkin after unrolling the roll. This is a fairly convenient and well thought-out system. But its color, as it is written on the “sunny” label, is completely out of tune in my kitchen.

All stands are made in Belarus, that is, they are imported goods. It is believed in Russia that Belarusian-made goods must be of good quality. But I did not dare to buy anything, because:

- these coasters did not match my color,

- they are very light,

- the type of plastic is very cheap, outdated.

Thus, in my opinion, they have more disadvantages than advantages. I absolutely don't want to buy another trifle, which will then lie around and clog up the closet.
